Once upon a time she worked with children—singing, dancing and playing the days away as a primary school performing arts teacher … until her passion for words tugged her towards a change of focus. And now her time is devoted to all things writerly.
If she’s not out on the beach monitoring and photographing the endangered hooded plover, you’ll find Carole working on the third novel in her children’s trilogy, teaching creative writing, editing someone’s manuscript or writing a new poem, short story, personal essay or memoir piece.
And when she’s not doing that, she’ll be attending to someone’s story in her listening role for the WellSpring Centre.
Or simply daydreaming … conjuring up the next story.
